Frodsham Silver Band

Damian here, guess it’s been a while? I’m now settled in New Zealand and missing everyone in the band terribly! I’ve managed to get myself in with a B Grade band (2nd/1st Section UK Equivalent?) although we are aiming for A Grade this year > Wellington Brass Band. Easter I’ll be competing with them at the Australian Nationals so wish me luck guys!

It’s so great to hear the rest of the Centenary Year went well, and I am very sad I missed the Brindley, I’ll let you all know next time I am back in the UK (yes I will be coming back to visit!)

I’ll keep watch on your website with much interest, and well…speak to some of you very soon!! =P

Hey folks,

Just a quick update to let all you current and past band members know that there will be a Centenery reunion at the band hall on Saturday 1st September 2007.  It will start at 7:30pm, and will include a finger buffet, and plenty of opportunities to chat.  Feel free to bring along any other members, or friends of the band who you know.
